Brill® Formulation Multiblend is a solution aimed at decision makers in the feed production and raw material purchase areas, which provides the capability to optimize simultaneously group of formula to the minimum cost, taking into account the production needs as well as the raw material restrictions.
This optimization method provides a powerful tool to allocate in an optimal way the scarce or excess of raw materials, and obtain different solutions to resolve any problems that may occur. In contrast to the single formulation, the multiblend performes an optimization of all the formulas that must be produced, within all production plants, giving a global result and a global solution for the whole company. Brill® Formulation Multiblend is the most effective instrument to give the optimal solution to the formulation of a factory or a group of factories taking into account the real situations regarding stocks of raw materials (ingredients) and different their variance in prices.
Different parameters can be modified and the overall result is recalculated in an automatic way and according to the new specifications. Interactive data variation can be carried over to the total stock of ingredients, ingredient prices and limits of the ingredients in all formulas.
