Brill® Formulation allows the management in an easy and practical way, of all the necessary data for the formulation at the level of nutrients, ingredients, equations, formula specifications, stored formulas and prices. It allows the setup of formula groups and custom reports that can be defined by the user, and can be used as manufacture/production sheets, summaries, comparative, etc.
The program can use different data directories that can be accessed quickly and easily. The "Professional Nutritionist” allows the interactive formulation of a formula. Without leaving the screen users can display the ingredients included in the formula, the rejected ingredients, the nutritional value of the formula, the sensitivity of the restrictive ingredients and nutrients, and the prices of interest within the ingredients. Users can also change the minimum and maximum levels of the ingredients and nutrients as well as the prices of the ingredients automatically reformulating the formula, showing the previous result and the current one with the differences. Using the same menu, users can perform parametric analyses of prices, maximum and minimum ingredients and nutrients required, and edit/update ingredients and their nutritional values. Prices can then be stored, as well as the ingredients with their new values, specifications and optimized formulas in their corresponding modules.
Multiuser systems allow users to use the solution at the same time. Any change or update introduced in the program is automatically available for the other users. The program allows different levels of security so that each user may only be able to access those parts of the program previously defined by the administrator.
